Shipping policy
Orders over $40 receive free standard (USPS Priority mail) shipping. Orders ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid freight delays. During summer months, all chocolate products ship via 2-day expedited shipping and are packed in special insulated & temperature-controlled packaging. Please make sure to bring your product in immediately upon delivery as MAGICDATES is not responsible for damage during transit or due to the product being left out in the heat. Orders shipped outside New York, California, Kansas, Indiana, Tennessee, or North Carolina will ship tax-free. If you need to make a shipping address change, please email us as soon as possible at diana@magicdatesbites.com. If your order has already been picked up by the carrier, we will not be able to reroute your shipment but you may be able to contact the carrier directly to reroute.
