Baked Brie with Caramelized Dates

This Baked Brie with caramelized dates is a must for your next holiday party!! It's going to go fast so make sure you make two :) 

Ingredients: 

-1 Brie Cheese Wheel 

-1/2 diced red onion 

-3-4 pitted and diced Zahidi dates from our Date Flight 

-1/2 Tsp Orange Zest 

-2 Tbsp Olive Oil 

-Salt & Pepper 

Process: 

1. Start by placing your chopped onion in a small baking dish. Add your brie cheese. 

2. In a small pan, add olive oil and caramelize your dates. (Make sure to pit and finely chop them) 

3. Add your caramlized date on top of the cheese, add the orange zest and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. 

4. Serve with crackers and enjoy! 😋
