In a medium sized skillet, heat up olive oil on medium low heat. Place halved dates evenly spaced in the skillet and let it caramelize for 2-3 minutes. Pour in seasoned whisked eggs over the dates, and place a lid on top for about 3-4 minutesRemove lid, once eggs are almost fully cooked on top, fold in half. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with your favorite veggies or salad!
