Ingredients:
🍓Fresh Strawberries
🍓100% Dark Chocolate (We used Ghirardelli)
🍓White Chocolate Baking Bar (We used Ghirardelli)
🍓Magic Dates Choco Hazelnut Truffle Bites
🍓Freeze Dried Strawberries or Raspberries for topping (You can buy this at your local whole foods or specialty store)
🍓Pistachios for topping
Process:
1. Melt your chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave. If you melt it in a microwave, make sure to stir it every 30 secs so the chocolate doesn't burn.
2. Wash and dry your fresh strawberries.
3. Add your MAGICDATES to a food processor and grind until you get little pieces. Do the same for the freeze dried strawberries and pistachios.
4. Dip you strawberries into the chocolate and top with whatever toppings you'd like!
Give these easy chocolate covered recipes a try! I promise you won't be disappointed and you'll only be running back to the grocery store to grab more strawberries 😉
