Simple breakfast can be so comforting and satisfying. This caramel macchiato granola does double duty: it's a crunchy, hearty, and delicious breakfast and also has a little caffeine kick. Instant coffee has 1/3 the caffeine of regular coffee so if you're off the C, this granola might be a good way to get a little dose of it. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, turn around the pan and bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on how crunchy you want the granola. Enjoy!
