Caramel Macchiato Granola

Simple breakfast can be so comforting and satisfying. This caramel macchiato granola does double duty: it's a crunchy, hearty, and delicious breakfast and also has a little caffeine kick. Instant coffee has 1/3 the caffeine of regular coffee so if you're off the C, this granola might be a good way to get a little dose of it. You may use decaf instant coffee or skip the coffee altogether! Thank you Maggie @maggiebakesgrace for this yummy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Chocolate MAGICdATES
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Caramel Sauce 
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Oats
  • White Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, turn around the pan and bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on how crunchy you want the granola. Enjoy!
