Magic Date "Oreo" Balls

These Magic Date "Oreo" balls are the perfect addition to your holiday platter!! 🎄With such simple ingredients, you can whip these up in no time 😋 for your friends!

We used Triple Choco Crunch 🍫 to bind everything together! The chocolate from the covered date bites paired with the Simple Mills Oreo Cookies make for the creamiest truffle inside! If you LOVE chocolate you won't be able to stop eating these.

Ingredients:

-1 package of Simple Mills Oreo Cookies

-1 bag of Magic Dates Triple Choco Crunch

-1⁄2 cup peanut butter

-11 oz white chocolate chips, melted 11 oz dark chocolate chips, melted

-2 tbsp coconut oil

-Christmas sprinkles

Directions:

1. Place oreos and magic dates in a food processor and process until completely crushed. Then, add in peanut butter. Blend until a thick paste forms.

2. Roll mix into 1-inch balls ) and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 15 minutes or until completely firm.

3. Melt both chocolates with coconut oil (1 tbsp each). Coat the truffles with chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until completely hardened.
