This is a no-bake recipe (our fave) and it can be made gluten-free by skipping the Kodiak Cakes mix altogether or replacing with a gluten-free option.
These little tarts are heavenly! Just the perfect one/two biter with a cup of coffee or afternoon treat.
Ingredients
1 Bag Chocolate MAGICdATES
1 Tsp Kodiak Cakes carb-conscious mix (or gluten-free alt.)
2 Tbsp Nudge Coffee Butter
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
12 Half Pecans
Directions
Microwave MAGICdATES + Kodiak Cakes mix and mold it into cups using a small muffin tray. Put date cups on a plate. Mix Eat Nudge coffee butter with almond butter and fill the tarts using a spoon. Top tarts with a pecan and freeze for 1 hour or up to a week!
For some alternatives, you can fill the tarts with Nutella or strawberry compote. Enjoy these decadent treats with a kick of sweet and hint of caffeine.
