Vanilla Lemon-Raspberry Yogurt Bars

This recipe was developed by Andi @happi.healthi and we love that it's plant-based and gluten-free! This recipe is an ode to summer, is naturally sweet, and oh-so refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Lemon MAGICdATES
  • Handful of Oats (to firm up the MAGICdATES)
  • Zest from 1 Lemon
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Yogurt

Directions

Blend the MAGICdATES with the oats to make the base, spread out the newly formed dough into a 1/4" layer and freeze for about 30 minutes. Pour the yogurt over the base then top with raspberries and lemon zest. Freeze until solid. Break apart and 🍋 *Enjoy* 🍋
